4 – Data

Your data is stored via Propulsar’s data storage, databases and the general Propulsar application. We store your data on a secure server protected by a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your subscription, your credit card data is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is only stored for as long as it takes to complete your subscription. Once this is complete (when you cancel your subscription), your transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by the PCI-DSS, as administered by the PCI Security Standards Council.

The PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure management of credit card information by our services.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that some suppliers may be located in different jurisdictions than you or Propulsar. Thus, if you choose to engage in a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or the terms of our website.
